• The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of design principles, particularly in website UI/UX, the ability to translate strategic ideas into captivating visuals, inventive thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and implementing user-centric web interfaces that align with client goals and brand identities.
• Generate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user experiences.
• Engage with various teams to deliver cohesive design solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather design requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback for design enhancements.
• Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team and ensure project quality aligns with client expectations.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and branding, preferably in a studio or agency environment.
• Demonstrate clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design choices and actively participate in team discussions.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Showcase a strong portfolio featuring cutting-edge web design and branding work that emphasizes detail and creativity.
• Experience collaborating within design teams and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Display a proactive mindset, efficient time management skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with responsive design, fundamental UI/UX principles, and knowledge of design implementation in platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
• Bonus: Familiarity or experience with HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code tools.
