• Our Graphic Designers are integral members of the Brand, Marketing, and Business Development (BMBD) Team.
• The BMBD team comprises a diverse group of talented individuals, including idea generators, insight seekers, storytellers, creative writers, graphic designers, professional marketers, business developers, strategists, and digital specialists.
• Together, our goal is to elevate how CannonDesign is promoted and positioned.
• You will have significant involvement in various projects.

• The Jr. Graphic Designer role demands a creative individual with a strategic mindset.
• Responsibilities include supporting Graphic Designers and Sr. Graphic Designers in creating a wide array of graphic assets, such as infographics, identity systems, brochures, event materials, proposals, social media campaigns, animations, and pitch decks that effectively communicate the firm's value to clients.
• The Jr. Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with other BMBD professionals as they gain expertise in architecture and design marketing.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design; experience in the AE field is advantageous but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating a mix of brand collateral and editorial design
• Experience working within a team environment
• Proficiency in compelling storytelling through written and visual mediums
• Willingness to travel for remote projects and team support
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office 360 Suite
• Familiarity with After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere is a plus but not required
• The provided salary range represents the expected base compensation at the time of posting.
