• Your responsibilities: You support the Creative Team in visually designing and implementing digital campaigns, brand appearances, and content formats.

• You independently develop layouts, visuals, and design concepts for Brand, Social Media, Web, Newsletter, Events, and Performance Marketing.

• You work closely with Brand, Content, Social, and Performance teams, providing creative input in cross-functional projects.

• You ensure consistent, CI-compliant design across all touchpoints and further develop templates and style guides.

• You contribute your own ideas and continuously improve professionally and creatively through constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field.

• First professional experience or relevant internships in the digital design environment.

• Proficient in common design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and similar software (Affinity, Sketch, Canva, etc.).

• Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma.

• Strong sense of visual design, brand aesthetics, layout, typography, and brand impact.

• Independent, structured work approach and enjoyment of teamwork.

• Excellent German and English language skills.
