• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in designing digital and print marketing materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, or Monday.com
• Strong grasp of graphic design principles and best practices
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to receive and implement feedback
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with various teams
• A well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates creative versatility and execution
