• Oversee the development of organic and promotional graphics for social media, email campaigns, and various touchpoints to enhance audience interaction.
• Engage in the branding process by crafting new essential assets and improving current ones, while contributing to brand strategy and implementation.
• Collaborate with designers, social media experts, and user acquisition managers to grasp customer requirements, define needs, and align with business objectives.
• Establish collections of cutouts, backgrounds, textures, and general resources.
• Organize and maintain a structured archive of all generated assets following team folder guidelines.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other art/media creation software suites at a professional level.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of social media specifications and creative considerations.
• Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting expertise in composition, typography, and layout.
• Ability to take direction with a willingness to learn and contribute actively.
• Desire to be part of a small, agile team and contribute to its growth from the ground up.
• Experience in the sports industry and a passion for the field is highly advantageous.
• Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, based on experience and background.
