📋 Description

• The role of Junior Graphic Designer involves reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and collaborating closely with the Senior Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing assets that enhance our brand presence on various platforms. Your work will include designing high-quality materials for social media, email campaigns, website content, and printed materials. This hands-on position allows you to directly influence our brand's image and engage with customers. Tasks include creating visual elements for email marketing, such as banners and product layouts, assisting in website content design, including hero banners, product images, and blog graphics, and preparing print-ready files for offline marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and in-store signage. Collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer is key to brainstorming creative ideas and ensuring design alignment with brand guidelines. Additionally, you will manage digital assets to ensure accessibility and relevance while staying updated on industry trends and design practices to bring fresh concepts to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required. Experience with video editing software like Premiere Pro is a bonus. A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work for digital and print mediums is essential. Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory is a must. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work accurately are important. Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary, especially in a remote work environment. Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting is crucial. A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn, is valued.
