• Spear Education is currently in search of a Junior UI/UX Designer who is both creative and detail-oriented.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to craft user-friendly and visually captivating interfaces.

• Possess 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Figma for design and prototyping purposes.
• Understand responsive design principles and their implementation across diverse devices and platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI frameworks is essential.
• Basic understanding of user research techniques, including usability testing and data analysis.
• Showcase strong visual design abilities with a meticulous focus on detail and coherence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate design concepts clearly.
• Display self-motivation and a desire to learn within a dynamic, team-driven environment.
• While a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
