• Basic understanding of user research techniques, including usability testing and data analysis.
• Showcase strong visual design abilities with a meticulous focus on detail and coherence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate design concepts clearly.
• Display self-motivation and a desire to learn within a dynamic, team-driven environment.
• While a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
