• To tackle these challenges effectively, you need: Experience in designing and developing engaging user experiences for a variety of applications. Studying and evaluating how users feel about a system, observing aspects like ease of use, perceived system value, utility, task efficiency, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in projects focused on Digital Solutions generation.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and UX Methodology.
• Customer-centric and focused on solution execution.
• Proficient in Adobe, Sketch, Axure, Figma, Invision, or similar tools (Proficient in Sketch & working with a symbol system at an 8-pixel pace in Responsive & Mobile First)-- This is a question that will be asked during interviews.
• Knowledge and experience from sketching, prototyping, application development, execution, and client presentations.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Desirable:
• Skill or experience in conducting interviews and understanding user needs (digital products).
• Knowledge of dashboard creation: Power BI or Tableu.
• Proficiency in SCRUM methodology.
