• Your role will involve enhancing our product's user-friendliness and intuitiveness to attract and retain customers.
• You will collaborate on a range of in-house products at different stages of the product lifecycle.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for product direction and user experience.
• Collect and assess user requirements in partnership with product managers.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors and workflows.
• Generate creative solutions to UX challenges, enhancing usability and findability.
• Create sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide product development.
• Define information architecture for products, ensuring easy navigation and content discovery for users.
• Present ideas and prototypes to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and collaboration.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to implement findings effectively in final designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform design decisions.
• Establish and uphold UX guidelines, best practices, and standards for product development.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product life cycle.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience as a UX Architect or similar role.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Showcase a portfolio of design projects.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture principles.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Good time-management abilities to meet project deadlines.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
