• Rethink and optimize B2B and B2C customer journeys, particularly by enhancing product discovery and payment steps.
• Apply best UX practices to increase conversion rates, average order value, generate leads, and reduce cart abandonment.
• Create personalized experiences based on user segmentation and behavioral data.
• Ensure the B2B experience is tailored to the specific needs of wholesale buyers, resellers, and distributors.
• Mobile-first, responsive, and scalable design
• Ensure a seamless and responsive experience across all devices, with a focus on mobile experience.
• Optimize the platform for an international and multilingual audience, while applying SEO best practices for better visibility.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with development teams and product managers to ensure flawless execution of designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
• Maintain and enhance design systems to ensure scalability.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the e-commerce field (B2B & B2C).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI optimizations based on concrete data.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
• Experience in creating multilingual platforms and SEO optimization.
• Experience in wholesale e-commerce sector or marketplaces is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, React, and front-end concepts is an advantage.
