📋 Description

• Develop outstanding user interfaces to create a delightful user experience. Transform designs into responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible frontend applications with meticulous attention to detail and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement.

• Establish and manage design systems and components to maintain consistency across applications while allowing customization for different partners.

• Lead the maintenance and development of Angular applications and guide the transition to NextJS for new projects.

• Ensure accessibility standards are met across all UI components to guarantee inclusivity for users of all abilities.

• Enhance performance and SEO through effective server-side rendering techniques and adherence to industry best practices.

• Collaborate across the full stack to optimize API integrations, implement backend features supporting UI requirements, and ensure seamless data flow from database to interface.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, emphasizing creating exceptional UI/UX.

• Proficient in responsive design, component-based architecture, and modern CSS frameworks.

• Strong skills in TypeScript and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with Angular or willingness to quickly master it, with full support provided.

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

• Understanding of backend concepts to effectively communicate with API teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated success in implementing accessible web applications following WCAG standards.

• Experience with both Angular and NextJS/React.

• Familiarity with design systems and working with component libraries.

• Experience collaborating closely with designers to implement and refine designs.

• Understanding of SSR and its impact on SEO and performance.

• Enthusiasm for web animations and micro-interactions that enhance user experience.

• Experience with a11y testing tools and methodologies.

• Product-oriented mindset, enjoys teamwork, and takes initiative to bring ideas to fruition.
