•Create innovative, sophisticated, and user-friendly user interfaces across various platforms to meet user needs and business objectives
•Ensure design team's compliance with brand and visual standards
•Guide team members in applying design principles like contrast, unity, hierarchy, balance, and movement
•Collaborate with subject matter experts, researchers, and business leaders to craft a seamless Customer Experience (CX)
•Communicate design decisions through sketches, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes
•Lead design workshops and ideation sessions
•Support business partners in creating user flows and journey maps
•Conduct iterative design processes based on user insights
•Conduct usability tests to enhance design processes
•5 - 7 years of professional experience as a product or user experience designer
•Experience in design research
•Ability to execute Human-Centered Design (HCD) process independently
•Effective communicator of design concepts and processes
•Curiosity to connect customer interactions, business processes, and service offerings
•Self-motivated team player
•Continuous learner
•Experience with design systems and component libraries
•Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
•Collaboration with development teams
•Bachelor's degree in Design/Fine Arts, Psychology, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
•Strong digital design portfolio
