• Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the UX Designer will collaborate with the engineering team to enhance features and functionality on our member platform and internal tools.
• Responsibilities include producing flow diagrams, UI designs, storyboards, site maps, collaborating with the engineering team, researching trends in web applications, understanding user psychology, maintaining a competitive edge, writing documentation, and analyzing analytics for improvement.
• Master’s degree in interactive design, user interface design, or related field with 1 year of experience OR Bachelor’s degree in interactive design, user interface design, or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Specialized knowledge in user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design principles, prototyping, usability testing, responsive design, design systems, and experience with HTML/CSS and tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
