• More than 10 years of experience managing large UX research or product design teams in enterprise-scale organizations.
• Background in working on industry-leading products in data analytics, observability, network security, incident management, or data visualization.
• Demonstrated success in research-driven, customer-centered design work that delivers tangible business outcomes.
• Skilled in managing organizational change and leading in uncertain situations.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, and open to adopting new methodologies.
• Experience in coordinating and managing global, asynchronous teams, considering factors like time zones and cultural variations.
• Ability to influence product direction by being a proactive and thoughtful partner.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey design insights effectively across various audiences and organizational levels, including executives.
