📋 Description

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement graphic design strategies that effectively communicate the brand's message and achieve marketing objectives.

• Provide direction and inspiration to the graphic design team, fostering creativity and innovation.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers and art directors, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development.

• Ensure the team is aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

• Creative Oversight: Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet quality standards and project requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.

• Project Management: Manage the graphic design department's workflow, prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Brand Stewardship: Maintain the integrity of the brand identity across all design elements, ensuring consistency and coherence in visual messaging.

• Update and enforce brand guidelines as needed.

• Innovation and Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends in graphic design, technology, and marketing to keep the organization at the forefront of design innovation.

• Encourage the team to explore new ideas and techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role within a design team.

• Performance-related design experience, preferred.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print design.

• Experience in e-commerce or D2C advertising preferred

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with design best practices.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Proven track record of managing complex design projects from conception to completion.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
