•Collaborating closely with diverse teams, you will be tasked with designing and implementing creative assets for use in A/B tests and other optimization strategies to fulfill our clients' business goals.
•The perfect candidate will possess a robust design portfolio, exceptional communication and teamwork skills, and the capacity to thrive in an agency environment working with prominent enterprise brands.
•Experience:
•1-3 years of graphic design experience, focusing on performance-driven creative and CRO
•1 year of experience in motion graphics
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
•Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
•Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams
•Understanding and implementation of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and designing for performance-oriented campaigns
•🏠We offer a competitive living wage at Abe; The annual base salary range for this role in Canada is $70,000- $95,000 CAD. Actual salary may vary based on compensation policies, skills, and experience.
