• We are seeking a Senior Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to join a top-tier creative team that creates captivating and mysterious storytelling content for a worldwide YouTube audience.

• Our content is reminiscent of MrBallen, Coffeehouse Crime, or Truly Criminal—featuring suspenseful pacing, polished production, and intriguing storytelling that engages viewers without overwhelming effects.

• Whether you excel in crafting suspenseful, emotionally resonant edits or designing visuals that enhance intricate narratives, we are hiring for both positions and encourage applications from individuals specializing in one or excelling in both.

• A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and specifying the role you are applying for (Video Editor or Motion Designer)

• A portfolio, reel, or YouTube playlist containing at least 2 relevant video samples

⛳️ Requirements

• For Senior Video Editors:

• Must have 3+ years of experience editing long-form YouTube or documentary-style content

• Proficient in Premiere Pro with strong narrative and pacing skills

• Able to edit from script or rough cut with minimal supervision

• Bonus: Experience in light audio mixing, SFX, or thumbnail strategy
