Multimedia Designer – eLearning

📋 Description

• Develop engaging instructional videos, explainers, and demonstrations with a focus on compelling visual narratives

• Produce motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and static graphics to enrich eLearning materials

• Edit and organize multimedia assets for Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and SCORM/xAPI courses

• Utilize AI tools such as Runway and Synthesia to elevate video, voiceover, and image creation

• Work closely with instructional designers to ensure visual elements align with educational goals

• Uphold visual coherence, inclusivity, and excellence across various media formats

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in multimedia instructional design or eLearning development, including 1–2 years specifically utilizing AI-supported media tools and emerging creative technologies

• Profound knowledge of visual storytelling, instructional design principles, and WCAG accessibility standards for digital learning content

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D)

• Ability to manage project timelines, revisions, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication, time management, and creative problem-solving abilities
