• We are looking for a skilled and analytical Product Designer to join our expanding team and influence the user experience of our new online platform.
• Your role will have a direct impact on real estate professionals, investors, and home buyers.
• You will utilize competitive insights, feature gap analysis, and other techniques to develop user-centered designs that drive business outcomes.
• Your designs will be data-informed and optimized for key metrics such as conversion rates, user engagement, and other KPIs to support the growth of our platform.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating your design process, data-driven approach, and ability to optimize for conversion rates.
• Strong background in designing ecommerce subscription platforms, focusing on enhancing signup funnels and conversion/upgrade/retention flows.
• Experience in design within real estate, property, or neighborhood platforms like Redfin, Zillow, BatchLeads, PropertyRadar, or similar is essential.
• Proficiency in information architecture and organizing complex data into meaningful layouts and insights.
• Skilled in conducting competitive analysis, feature gap analysis, and market research to guide design decisions and drive platform growth.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including usability testing, user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to inform design choices, with a focus on enhancing KPIs like conversion rates, engagement, and user retention.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to implement designs and iterate based on technical constraints, user feedback, and data insights.
• Experience with responsive design principles and designing for desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design decisions using user feedback and performance data.
• Attention to detail and aesthetics, with a solid understanding of visual design principles.
• Experience working in an agile environment is a bonus.
