• Create compelling visual systems for corporate, product, marketing, sales, and event initiatives based on the company’s brand.
• Develop and update brand guidelines, visual standards, iconography, and storytelling frameworks.
• Elevate the creative standard while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with corporate messaging.
• Produce high-impact assets like presentations, sales collateral, and campaign materials regularly.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to create on-brand creative that supports business needs and engages customers.
• Balance speed and quality to deliver thoughtful creative within tight deadlines.
• Work with Marketing and Product Marketing teams to create assets for campaigns, product launches, and digital publications.
• Create visual narratives that simplify complex technology and partner ecosystem concepts.
• Ensure brand expression is consistent across digital interfaces and user experiences in collaboration with Digital and Product teams.
• Establish scalable creative systems including templates, design frameworks, and production workflows.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners when additional expertise is needed.
• Implement processes to scale creative output efficiently while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Minimum 8 years of design and creative leadership experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or complex services.
• Proven track record in developing and managing brand systems across digital and physical channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other collaborative design tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Interest or experience in AI design principles and solutions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
• Systems mindset to design for scale, governance, and measurable brand impact.
• Familiarity with project management platforms like Monday.com is a plus.
