• SmithRx is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic marketing team and lead the way in shaping our visual identity across various platforms.
• The primary focus will be on enhancing our brand and asset design, refining current brand guidelines, and creating top-notch marketing materials.
• As we ramp up our efforts in web design and UI/UX, this role will evolve to influence digital experiences as well.
• We operate as a nimble and fast-paced team, requiring you to be self-reliant, proactive, and adept at overseeing contractors and agencies to deliver exceptional work efficiently.
• With a solid design foundation in place, including a well-thought-out design system and core brand assets, we are seeking a candidate who can elevate and expand this system as we expand our presence across various marketing channels and digital platforms.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand design, web design, UI/UX design, and graphic design.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design best practices is advantageous.
• Keen attention to detail and a fervor for crafting high-quality designs.
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean team setting.
