• Transform intricate product work into captivating, narrative-driven visual stories.
• Develop impactful case studies, landing pages, showreels, campaign assets, social content, and thought leadership visuals.
• Uphold and enhance the Metalab brand across various public touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product designers and client teams to highlight the most compelling stories from our projects.
• Direct motion and interaction storytelling for web and video projects.
• Ensure that all our output reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and ambition of our client work.
• Explore new tools and formats, such as AI-assisted workflows, to advance our storytelling efforts.
• Set the creative standard internally and contribute to shaping the design culture at Metalab.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, visual, graphic, or digital design.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual design and narrative-driven storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in designing marketing websites, case studies, social assets, or campaign materials for digital products/services.
• Expertise in Figma and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of motion and interaction design. Knowledge of tools like After Effects, Lottie, Rive, Blender, or similar is a plus.
• Experience in developing scalable brand systems for product and marketing purposes.
• Ability to translate strategic ideas into clear and compelling visual systems.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
