• Lead the visual design process from inception to completion, managing multiple projects concurrently with increasing independence in daily task prioritization, while aligning major decisions with Design Lead or Head of Brand Design.
• Optimize, edit, and produce high-performing video content tailored for paid ads and social reels on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and modify static assets and edit video content for paid campaigns using existing motion templates and collaborating with the in-house motion designer when necessary.
• Create scalable templates within our brand portal (Frontify) for digital assets, ensuring they are on-brand and performance-optimized, collaborating closely with marketing specialists to interpret data insights into effective creative solutions.
• Design various traditional print materials, event assets, brochures, ebooks, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain design consistency across different channels and platforms, contributing to brand evolution efforts while upholding a unified brand identity.
• Utilize performance metrics and audience insights to guide creative decisions across all brand initiatives, emphasizing measurable impact over subjective preferences.
• Offer guidance, feedback, and motivation to team members.
• Identify and implement workflow enhancements, efficiency gains, and AI tool integration to boost team productivity and effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional brand and performance creative work
• Proven track record of creating high-performing paid social and digital advertising
• Minimum 7 years of professional Brand Design experience
• Hands-on video editing experience—from raw footage to final delivery, focusing on content for ads and social media
• Understanding of marketing metrics and the impact of design on performance
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to iterate based on performance metrics and translate insights into actionable design improvements
• Experience in global enterprise branding initiatives and successful implementation of branding guidelines
• Inspiring portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design with measurable success in paid advertising creatives
• Familiarity with Frontify or similar brand management platforms
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize, negotiate deadlines, and manage expectations
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with experience creating design solutions for Spanish-speaking markets preferred
