• 6+ years of design experience in-house or in agencies.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing strong design work, art direction, motion design, and data visualizations.
• Proven track record in executing large-scale initiatives like brand systems, websites, campaigns, and enablement collateral.
• Expertise in guiding creative vision and simplifying complex narratives through visual storytelling.
• Fluent in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Suite with AI integration experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Bonus: Experience in energy industry, startups, or bd enablement materials.
• Competitive salary range: $125k - $155k for a full-time position.
