Senior Designer

📋 Description

• Duarte’s Senior Designer is a key contributor to visual storytelling for branding

• Own and enhance brand's visual identity across all marketing outputs

• Design and execute creative solutions for campaigns, ads, social assets, webinars

• Collaborate to align marketing visuals with strategic goals and audience needs

• Drive creative excellence by applying design principles and innovating within guidelines

• Manage workloads, timelines, and quality of deliverables

• Support growth by improving processes and influencing creative strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing design or creative direction, preferably within a marketing or branding agency

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects is a plus

• Familiarity with marketing tools like Hubspot, Canva, and email template builders

• Experience designing for digital platforms, including web and social media

• A strong portfolio showcasing ability to work within brand guidelines while innovating creatively

• Basic video editing and motion graphic skills are highly desirable

• Strong organizational skills, with an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide rationale for design decisions
