📋 Description

• Develop and craft captivating digital experiences across various platforms like websites, landing pages, emails, and digital marketing assets.

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to brand guidelines and user requirements.

• Code front-end elements (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to transform designs into functional web pages.

• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to enrich user interactions.

• Optimize designs for responsiveness and compatibility across different browsers.

• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and top practices in digital design and front-end development.

• Perform user testing and refine designs based on feedback and performance data.

• Edit and create short-form videos for web, social media, and internal purposes.

• Generate dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance social media, branding, and marketing content.

• Aid in storyboarding and asset creation in collaboration with the creative team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Have over 5 years of experience in digital design and front-end development.

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind is a bonus).

• Knowledgeable about UX/UI principles and best practices.

• Ability to blend creativity with functionality, ensuring visually appealing and high-performing designs.

• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), including customization and content management.

• Familiarity with visual page builders (e.g., Elementor, Visual Composer) and their role in designing and optimizing web layouts is advantageous.

• Skilled in creating short-form videos and animations, with proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editing software.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

• Showcase a portfolio that highlights design work, motion design, video editing, web projects, and coding abilities.

• Understanding of responsive design and basic web accessibility principles.
