Senior Graphic, 3D Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Spearhead the complete creation process of impactful visual assets for various media projects including commercials, short films, music videos, and marketing campaigns.

• Generate innovative 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and cinematic sequences using industry-standard software.

• Create storyboards, visual narratives, and production-ready materials for multimedia endeavors, ensuring consistency and excellence in branding.

• Develop visual identities and layouts for digital and print media, collaborating with different teams to maintain creative direction and brand integrity.

• Work with marketing, production, and creative teams to oversee projects from concept to completion, incorporating artistic direction and innovation.

• Refine and deliver top-notch designs and animations, adhering to the highest quality standards.

• Stay updated on new tools, animation techniques, and creative technologies to enhance visual storytelling and production value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer, specializing in static and cinematic visual production.

• Demonstrated expertise in creating 3D animations and short film-style content for various platforms.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and professional 3D software like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.

• Track record of developing visual content across different media formats and platforms.

• Knowledge of Out of home, Displays, billboards, commercials, etc.

• Experience with national and international campaigns.

• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling through animation, motion graphics, branding, and creative direction.

• Deep understanding of visual design principles including typography, composition, lighting, and color theory.

• Video editing skills and familiarity with basic web/UX design are a plus.

• Ability to manage production timelines, communicate vision clearly, and deliver polished outcomes under tight deadlines.
