📋 Description

• Support Blue Star Families' design needs, ensuring all materials adhere to BSF branding and design standards.

• Create engaging social media graphics and animated content for BSF.

• Design visually appealing email newsletter graphics, including animations.

• Develop various reports, slide decks, flyers, and promotional items for the organization.

• Produce event signage, digital assets, and infographics.

• Provide fundraising materials as requested and approved.

• Maintain brand consistency across all materials for Blue Star Families.

• Respond promptly to requests within a 24-hour timeframe.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in nonprofit, membership, or advocacy settings.

• Proficient in designing for print and digital platforms, such as social media, email campaigns, reports, and event materials.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.

• Experience creating animated graphics or motion assets using tools like After Effects or Canva.

• Understanding of brand systems and ability to maintain consistency across platforms.

• Knowledge of military families, nonprofit communications, or cause-based storytelling is a bonus.

• Proficiency in collaborative tools like Google Workspace and project management software.

• Capable of meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects concurrently.
