• Bachelor’s degree in design, Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing completed design projects
• 7 to 10 years of graphic design experience
• Professional references
• Healthcare background is advantageous
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to blend colors, fonts, and layouts
• Independent decision-maker with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with strategic thinking abilities and understanding of KPIs
