• Take charge of creating and implementing various marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop captivating digital assets like website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and online advertisements.
• Design trade show booths and event materials to ensure a unified brand experience.
• Generate ideas and execute internal branding projects, including logos, iconography, and visual identity assets.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while upholding high-quality creative standards.
• Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the brand presence of Great Minds.
• Report to the Design Manager as a primary creative lead on the Enterprise Creative team.
• Minimum of 7 years of graphic design experience, specializing in marketing, branding, and corporate communications.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) at an expert level.
• Expertise in PowerPoint for impactful presentations and templates.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in branding, marketing materials, and digital/print design.
• Understanding of website design and UX/UI principles (coding skills are a bonus).
• Experience in designing trade show booths and event branding.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the skill to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required.
