• Create and implement targeted campaigns to engage veterinarians across digital, social, email, and paid channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Recruitment teams to enhance talent pools, improve candidate experience, and analyze campaigns using Hubspot CRM.
• Develop and maintain a content strategy focused on veterinarians, including webinars, videos, and testimonials.
• Partner with HR and Employee Relations to craft compelling messages, newsletters, and materials to enhance culture and employee engagement.
• Assist in company-wide marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and generate leads for Lap of Love’s services.
• Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs, offering insights and suggestions for performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing (Digital, Brand, Social), Graphic Design, or related field
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and dedicated to producing high-quality work
• Demonstrates strong ethics, personal integrity, and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Confident, independent thinker, and proactive self-starter
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Utilizes critical thinking skills effectively
• Remote position requiring independent work; flexibility in hours and potential weekend availability may be necessary
