• Oversee design projects from initial concept to final execution, encompassing branding, collateral, and digital platforms
• Interpret creative briefs and strategic directives to create cohesive and on-brand visual solutions
• Develop stylescapes, moodboards, and brand explorations to effectively convey creative direction
• Create logos, brand identity systems, and supporting materials with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across brand, marketing, and web initiatives
• Present design work internally and to clients, explaining design choices confidently and clearly
• Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while upholding the integrity of the creative vision
• Ensure quality control in deliverables to maintain brand standards and consistency
• Contribute innovative ideas, references, and design concepts to enhance creative output
• Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance team performance and output
• Preferably 5-8+ years of professional design experience
• Strong ability to connect strategic goals with design concepts
• Keen eye for design details including typography, color, and layout principles
• Experience in developing brand identities and visual frameworks from scratch
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Familiarity with both print and digital design formats
• Knowledge of Figma, Webflow, or similar tools is advantageous
• Portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and execution in various brand applications
