📋 Description

• As the Senior Graphic Designer (SGD), you will be tasked with creating top-notch visual communications for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients with a strategic focus.

• Develop and design high-quality printed materials, digital assets, and PowerPoint presentations to support Market Access initiatives.

• Transform intricate scientific, economic, and access narratives into compelling visual stories.

• Ensure precision, consistency, and brand adherence across all project deliverables.

• Utilize expertise in Market Access and Managed Markets to guide creative decisions.

• Engage in concept creation and refinement based on strategic goals and stakeholder input.

• Proactively suggest innovative approaches, layouts, or visual systems for greater clarity and impact.

• Collaborate closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.

• Incorporate medical, legal, and regulatory feedback accurately and efficiently.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.

• Take charge of assigned workstreams from conceptualization through production.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Have 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or agency settings.

• Previous experience supporting Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer-focused projects is advantageous.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint design.

• Familiarity with Figma, XD, print, and digital production processes.

• Skills in AI, video editing, and motion graphics are beneficial.

• Ability to creatively simplify complex information with keen attention to detail.

• Exhibit professional confidence, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.

• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and effective time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
