•We are in search of a seasoned Graphic Designer to embody the Shakepay brand in various aspects such as campaigns, social media, motion graphics, and illustrations.
•Your role will involve shaping and advancing our visual identity through impactful and expressive designs that resonate with our audience and mirror our principles.
•Create designs for multiple platforms including social media, digital ads, landing pages, emails, merchandise, events, and more.
•Enhance our visual realm by producing original illustrations that build upon our playful brand image and explore new creative avenues.
•Generate motion graphics for campaigns, product explanations, and UI enhancements using After Effects or similar software.
•Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and deliver creative content that aligns with brand objectives and business targets.
•Push the boundaries of our brand by evolving our visual identity while ensuring consistency and clarity across all customer interactions.
•Establish scalable design systems by creating templates and frameworks to support internal teams.
•Design with insight by adapting creative based on audience feedback and performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
•Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing illustration, animation, and brand creative work.
•Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects (or equivalent software).
•Strong visual acumen in layout, color theory, and typography with a keen understanding of online aesthetics.
•Open-minded, collaborative, and adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback.
•Self-motivated with a passion for teamwork and contributing to meaningful projects.
