Senior Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual materials across various platforms.

• Manage design projects, including high-level deliverables for VIP/C‑Suite stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive design solutions.

• Support the Creative Services Director on major projects and initiatives.

• Establish and maintain brand guidelines for project consistency.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

• Mentor junior designers and stay current with industry trends and technologies.

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback for refinement.

• Define the brand's visual identity and report to the Director of Creative Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• Possess 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience with an impressive portfolio.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.

• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership in guiding design projects from start to finish.

• Experience in mentoring and supervising junior designers.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering top-quality work.

• Effective in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Exhibit good judgment, proactive decision-making skills, and adaptability to change.
