• Prioritize tasks such as creating LinkedIn banners, Facebook banners, Google ads banners, websites, and landing pages.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or related field.
• Have at least 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a digital agency or in-house web team.
• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills through design.
• Ability to present concepts and guide internal teams towards solutions.
• Experience in web marketing and design, with proficiency in HTML, Photoshop, FTP, and web design principles.
• Proficient in Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Photoshop.
• Fluent in digital advertising design and experienced in web design projects.
• Exhibit strong work ethic, accountability, attention to detail, and time management skills.
