• We are in search of a Senior Graphic Designer who possesses a robust design portfolio, agency background, and a desire to develop as a strategic asset.
• This position is perfect for a designer with 3–5 years of agency experience, ready to take on more responsibility in creative execution, contribute to client presentations, and uphold high standards within the team—without managing direct reports or cross-team initiatives.
• A portfolio is required for consideration.
• You must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro is essential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and composition are required.
• Ability to confidently present design decisions to internal stakeholders is a must.
• Thriving in a collaborative team environment, valuing feedback, and constantly striving for excellence in work is crucial.
• Capable of managing projects independently while knowing when to involve leads or cross-functional team members.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for new tools, client industries, and creative obstacles are highly valued.
• Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone, and available from 8:00am to 5:00pm PT.
