Senior Graphic Designer – Salon and Wellness Space

📋 Description

• Deliver high-volume, quick-turnaround design and production support while adhering to project guidelines and meeting all deadlines.

• Utilize HubSpot to design and manage marketing and client communication emails, with a preference for basic HTML and CSS knowledge.

• Develop well-crafted layouts and graphics for various digital and print channels such as social media, websites, emails, display ads, event signage, and print media.

• Create sales and marketing content including infographics, sell sheets, presentations (PowerPoint), and ebooks.

• Maintain and update collateral for various teams within MSI, ensuring brand aesthetic and standards are consistently upheld.

• Translate business and marketing objectives into visually engaging and emotionally resonant designs.

• Stay updated on current design and marketing trends to share with peers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or possess equivalent proven creative/art background.

• Have at least 5 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Showcase a well-crafted online portfolio.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of typography, illustration, and multimedia design.

• Possess basic to intermediate experience in HTML and CSS.

• Proficient in Mac and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and AI-assisted design tools.

• Proven experience in creating marketing content across various channels and using automation tools like HubSpot.

• Strong understanding of content performance on social media platforms.

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently.

• Maintain high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.

• Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to interpret and apply brand standards effectively in all designs.

• Open-minded, creative, and passionate about working in the beauty and wellness industry.
