• We are seeking a Senior Designer with a specialization in digital design. Your role will involve planning, concepting, layout, design, and post-production to deliver top-notch work that aligns with marketing goals and generates impactful results.
• Responsibilities include producing digital assets, presentations, marketing materials, tradeshow support, branding elements, cross-channel campaigns, website designs, email layouts, basic HTML tasks, Figma projects, short-form animations, stakeholder presentations, troubleshooting production issues, teamwork with various departments, managing multiple projects, and providing guidance to junior designers.
• Operate independently with general oversight while collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams. The salary range for this position is $75,375.00 - $100,475.00.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in design, UI/UX, video production, and editing tools/software.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Prior experience in web-based graphic design and familiarity with email/landing page design in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Hubspot is a plus.
• Essential experience with Figma and expertise in creating engaging visual content using tools like Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent proofreading abilities, adept at interpreting color specifications.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships, working in teams, self-motivated, and a self-starter.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, respond promptly to challenges, balance long-term projects with immediate tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in graphic design with a robust portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities.
• Proven expertise in video editing and production with a solid grasp of videography principles and techniques.
• Strong communication skills, able to present ideas effectively and collaborate within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
