📋 Description

• Design and produce captivating video narratives tailored for diverse audiences across various platforms

• Utilize After Effects and Premiere Pro to create striking visual effects, incorporating techniques like easing, motion tracking, and complex animation

• Enhance raw footage by expertly applying color correction/grading, rotoscoping, and masking techniques

• Incorporate 3D camera techniques seamlessly within After Effects

• Ensure optimal sound quality through audio equalizing and mastering

• Collaborate with copywriters and creative team members to transform scripts and complex ideas into visually engaging motion concepts

• Develop marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences

• Ensure ADA compliance in all digital video deliverables to champion accessibility

• Lead the creative process from storyboarding and concept development to final asset delivery

• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and collaborate closely with internal team members and marketing partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in crafting compelling video content, editing, and motion graphics

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite's After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Expertise in key-framing, advanced animation techniques, color correction, motion tracking, and rotoscoping

• Ability to integrate Cinema 4D elements and use 3D camera techniques within After Effects

• Skilled in transforming raw audio into polished soundscapes through equalizing and mastering

• Strong grasp of design principles such as typography, color theory, and brand adherence

• Diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics and integrated visual storytelling

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field
