• The Senior UX Designer plays a vital role in shaping user experiences for our practice-facing and internal applications.
• Responsibilities include spearheading user research, creating and managing assets, and wireframing new and improved experiences.
• Collaborate closely with UX Engineers, Front-End Developers, and Product Owners to ensure design consistency, usability, and brand alignment.
• Lead ideation, design testing, and strategic UX planning, while mentoring other designers and contributing to UX best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks like Angular, Kendo UI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly experiences.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to explain design decisions.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Prior experience leading UX design initiatives for enterprise or SaaS applications (Preferred).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles (Preferred).
• Experience with UX writing and microcopy to enhance user interactions (Preferred).
• Proficiency in facilitating design workshops and stakeholder presentations (Preferred).
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments (Preferred).
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Preferred).
