• The Senior UX/Product Designer will be tasked with designing comprehensive user experiences that address business challenges through research-based design solutions.
• This role centers on the entire product design process, from researching users and defining problems to designing interactions and visuals.
• The designer will spearhead the development of cohesive product experiences, ensuring uniformity across all touchpoints while harmonizing user needs with business goals.
• They will collaborate with diverse teams to translate intricate requirements into intuitive, accessible, and valuable product features.
• Proficiency in advanced or native English
• Strong analytical abilities to transform research findings into product strategies
• Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing
• Experience in product-oriented thinking and prioritizing features
• Capability to harmonize user needs with business aims
• Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork with product, engineering, and stakeholder groups
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating design decisions and justifications
• High level of empathy and dedication to user advocacy
• Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
• Over 6 years of experience in UX/Product Design or related roles
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and other UX & prototyping software
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design processes and results
