• Shape Lime's Rider Experience on iOS and Android by defining and executing a creative vision. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring features from ideation to launch.
• Work alongside Lime's hardware team to deliver seamless design experiences that engage users across software, hardware, and real-world interactions.
• Possess over 7 years of experience in designing and delivering top-notch consumer-facing products on various platforms and devices.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in mobile app design, with a preference for experience in transportation or hardware-integrated products.
• Showcase a track record of leading the strategic direction for complex end-to-end product design solutions.
• Implement a user-centered design approach rooted in research, with a profound understanding of user journeys and contexts.
• Display meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high levels of design aesthetics.
• Proficient in Figma with a capacity to iterate quickly as concepts evolve. Additional experience with advanced prototyping tools is a plus.
• Engage in foundational and evaluative research activities to inform design decisions effectively.
