📋 Description

• Take the lead on UX initiatives for key projects in Firefox Mobile, emphasizing visual design and interaction. Translate user requirements and business objectives into seamless, high-quality experiences on all touchpoints.

• Develop user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing mobile experiences that align with Firefox's core values of privacy, security, and performance.

• Produce design storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey design intent and conduct thorough research.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to ensure design choices meet business goals, technical constraints, and user expectations.

• Promote mobile-first UX practices to ensure optimal usability across various devices and screen sizes.

• Contribute to refining the Design System to maintain consistency and usability across mobile platforms.

• Assist in shaping product strategy from inception to execution for critical user journeys and identifying growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 7 years of UX design experience, showcasing a strong portfolio of mobile-first design projects.

• Exhibit deep expertise in native design languages, particularly in Android, with additional experience in iOS. Familiar with platform-specific patterns, guidelines, and best practices to deliver top-notch mobile experiences.

• Demonstrate the ability to harmonize user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility in design choices.

• Have experience designing for privacy, security, and accessibility in mobile applications.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Collaborative mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable presenting and explaining design decisions.

• Interest in collaborating with team members from different locations.

• Passionate about creating products centered around user needs.

• Skilled in presenting design concepts and advocating for UX decisions with various stakeholders.

• Experience working with design systems and contributing to their enhancement.
