Thumbnail and Visual Designer

📋 Description

• Create and adapt designs for our platforms and channels: Siroko TV, TokyVideo, YouTube, Podcast, TikTok, and Instagram

• Design eye-catching and strategic thumbnails to increase content visibility

• Develop consistent visual templates that reinforce brand identity

• Optimize processes using AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Produce a high volume of thumbnails while maintaining quality and visual coherence

• Collaborate with other teams to transform ideas into effective visual designs

• Participate in the technical test of the selection process (volume + quality valued; use of AI allowed)

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related fields

• Experience in digital graphic design, preferably on video platforms or social networks

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Knowledge of Figma / Canva or other digital tools

• Experience in photo retouching

• Understanding of typography, composition, and color principles

• Ability to work with creative AI (Gemini or others)

• Updated portfolio with examples of thumbnails or designs for social media (essential)

• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented individual; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience in simple editing and animations (bonus)

• Knowledge of English (bonus)

• Interest in the fashion/sports sector and trends in social media content

• Familiarity with Matomo or data integration platforms like Adverity (valued)

• Knowledge of ETL processes or relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) (valued)
