• We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic Product & Innovation team.
• Responsible for leading design and experience strategies throughout the product development process.
• Creating user-centric solutions for both web and mobile applications, starting from ideation to execution.
• Transforming product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and refined UI designs.
• Ensuring a harmonious blend of visual design, interaction design, and usability for intuitive and accessible user experiences.
• Collaborating closely with product and development teams to maintain design integrity during implementation.
• Contributing to UX research initiatives and working collaboratively within design tools to prepare design files effectively.
• Displaying a proactive mindset by learning from experienced designers and enhancing design processes.
• Must have 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design within a collaborative product team setting.
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with tools like Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or prototyping software.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and implementing inclusive design practices.
• Previous experience in developing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and communicate project progress.
• Receptive to feedback and motivated to learn and develop within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working efficiently with product managers, developers, and colleagues.
• Naturally curious about understanding user requirements, industry trends, and design best practices.
• Comfortable operating in uncertain situations and adept at asking pertinent questions to clarify expectations.
• Background in healthcare, staffing, or enterprise SaaS products is advantageous.
• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is a bonus, though not mandatory.
