• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with a robust portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Background in motion design or creating animations for user interactions.

• Familiarity with conducting user research and utilizing data for design decisions.
