UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Monad Foundation seeks a dedicated and meticulous UI/UX Designer with a passion for their craft

• Responsible for creating elegant, user-friendly, and inclusive experiences for web3 products

• Collaborate closely with Monad ecosystem teams to offer design expertise and assistance

• Initial two-month contract with potential for a permanent full-time role

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in the crypto/Web3 realm

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in landing page and marketing design for optimal conversion rates, as well as user-focused design solutions for intricate technical products

• Proficiency in design-oriented software and prototyping using Figma

• Familiarity with agile development environments

• Enthusiasm for crypto, blockchain tech, and decentralized platforms

• Proficient in HTML/CSS, with basic knowledge of JavaScript or frontend frameworks (React experience preferred)

• Background in agency work, handling multiple projects simultaneously while effectively communicating and managing expectations

• Experience designing trading interfaces, data dashboards, or wallet products

• Understanding of EVM chains, smart contracts, and blockchain fundamentals

• Skills in motion/interaction design and working with micro-interactions using Jitter, Adobe AfterEffects, Rive, Lottie
