• Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

• Proficient in design tools, with expertise in Figma (knowledge of Sketch and Adobe XD also accepted)

• Experience in A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven design enhancements

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AngularJS

• Hands-on experience in conducting UX research through interviews, surveys, and testing

• Previous involvement in Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is advantageous
