• At Stefanini, we design and build products with a "Lean UX and Agile" approach... We are looking for individuals with experience in conducting a phase or all phases of the digital product design process.

• With experience in designing digital products in Startups, Agencies, or Enterprises.

• Who can understand and turn people's "Pain points" into digital products and/or features;

• Not afraid of the "white board" and comfortable radically co-creating with the UX lead, the Product Owner, and technology teams.

• Capable of designing all communication pieces for each of the "touch points" that the user will have with the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

• Courses, specializations, bootcamps, and/or diplomas in:

• Human Centered Design

• UX/UI Design

• Interaction Design

• Prototyping

• Digital Product Design

• Design Thinking

• Design Systems

• Figma

• Usability and Information Design

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, designing user experiences for applications, websites, intranets, and landing pages.

• Previous experience in projects in the financial sector will be highly valued.

• Proficiency in design tools such as:

• Figma

• Miro

• Maze Design

• Lookback

• Protopie

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Google Analytics

• CSS, SaaS, Stylus

• HTML Semantics

• Web Accessibility

• SEO, SEM, and Inbound Marketing

• Information Architecture, User Flows, and Sitemaps

• Medium and High-Fidelity Prototyping (Figma, Protopie)

• Validation Research (guerrilla tests, think aloud, stakeholder interviews)

• Customer Journey Mapping

• Design for iOS, Android, and Microsoft

• Task Management and Requirements Gathering

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

• Creativity and problem-solving skills.

• Proactivity and self-management in task completion.

• Empathy and active listening to understand user and business needs.

• Patience and objectivity to work in environments with some ambiguity.

• Leadership skills to facilitate design workshops and design thinking.

• Results-oriented and attention to detail.
